Usually, the information will not be updated by the shipping company in time. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days from your order shipped date.
3. What should I do if I do not get the parcel after a long time?

Return & Exchange
We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:
Return & Exchange:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the receipt date. But we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the package unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault. In the case of exchanges (e.g. size changes), we will pay once for the postage of your replacement back to you. In this way we are, in effect sharing the cost of postage with you for your exchange.

Damaged Or Lost Items:
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at support@bassdash.com, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
Refund:
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order within 5 business days after the refund is submitted.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.
Warranty
Bassdash Apparel Warranty
Bassdash apparel products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your apparel fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Kindly note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Bassdash Waders Warranty
All Bassdash waders are covered by our six-month warranty. During this period, If your waders leak because of material and/or craftsmanship, it will be replaced quickly at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, corrosion, or general neglect. Each pair of Bassdash waders is tank tested to ensure that it is totally waterproof. However, if a leak occurs due to accidental puncture, please use the enclosed repair kit including materials and instructions to repair it. Please understand that waders aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Nets Warranty
Provided that you are the original owner, bassdash 30-day warranty will cover most failures due to normal fishing situations. If your net broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. If we determine it broke by abuse or misuse, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand nets aren’t indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.
Bassdash Rod Warranty

If your rod broke because of material and/or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Bassdash Backpacks Warranty
Bassdash backpacks are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If your backpack fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Normal wear, abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Under this circumstances, we will contact you and offer you a replacement at a reasonable charge. Please understand that the backpacks aren't indestructible and must be used in a reasonable manner to the type of fishing they were designed for.

I had a $9 sunhat off Amazon that got torn up in the washer machine, so I needed a replacement. I was willing to spend a bit more money for a higher quality hat that was UPF 50 rated. This one seemed to have a lot of good reviews from hikers and fishers so it seemed like a great option. I did 2 hikes this past weekend with a combined distance of around 16mi and I was impressed. The fit is much better than my previous hat, the shape of the opening is more ovalized so it's much more comfortable against my head. The neck protection is also really great - I wear a UPF 50 neck gaiter for extra protection. I needed to cinch the hat a bit tighter to my head as it was wearing in, the mechanism is much more secure than my cheaper hat. It was also very breathable which was nice! It held its shape well and was not floppy even in wind.

Very poor ordering experience. The site took my details, order and payment but the site issued no confirmation of the order. When I queried them they were unable to find my details. It took a few emails to eventually sort out. I would doubt that I will order again through BassDash, sorry guys. The hat itself is good quality and as described.

I got this for when I ride my bike or walk. I chose this because it will keep the sun out of my eyes from all directions and the chin straps will keep it in place. The fit is great and the bright orange will keep me visible.

Very comfortable hat with a nice design. I like that it has a Hidden pocket to tuck the neck curtain in when not using. I have only used it twice, both times in extremely windy weather. The chin straps held up nicely.

My favorite hat!Bassdash has been a great brand for me for quick-dry outdoor clothes.I've taken this hat on many adventures, including a 3 day backpacking trip where it was raining.The hat isn't completely waterproof, but it drains and wicks water very well in the rain. My head didn't really get that wet, and when we got to camp I hung it up to dry with no issues. Applying a waterproof spray may help, but this hat is meant to be a fishing hat and breathable. I have zero complaints and I'll continue to be a Bassdash customer.

I bought this had as a means of protecting my bilateral hearing aids from rain. It serves that purposes well.
